The Project
This custom architectural beam package was designed and built for a new residential construction project. The installation included multiple handcrafted distressed beams ranging from standard decorative sizes to a massive 18" × 18" beam spanning approximately 22 feet.
Each beam was individually assembled, distressed, stained, and finished to create the appearance of reclaimed structural timbers while remaining practical for installation. Every detail, from the texture and joinery to the beam transitions and wall interfaces, was crafted to deliver the character and presence of solid timber construction.
